Course Overview
This course was developed and is being delivered under the FHWA Work Zone Safety Training Grant Program. It provides practical, hands-on training in evaluating the operational, mobility, and safety impacts of work zones using a range of analytical tools, from sketch-planning methods to microsimulation models. Participants will learn how to select the appropriate analysis approach, interpret results, and apply data-driven insights to support work zone planning, design, and the development of Transportation Management Plans (TMPs).
Duration: 2 Days / 12 Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
